I hold a Ph.D. in Political Psychology from Stony Brook University (2022), specializing in quantitative methods and psychometrics for measuring human reasoning and behavior. My expertise includes statistical methods and data science tools such as R programming for linear, non-linear, and multi-level statistical analysis, as well as data visualization. I also use Python for machine learning and large language models integrated with high-performance computing. Additionally, I also have experience with SQL-based methods, API integration, and JavaScript for gathering behavior metadata.Previously, as a Research Data Scientist at New York University (NYU), I applied my skills in both data science and social media to explore the impact of online content on users and society. In this role, I managed the entire data lifecycle of the Bilingual Election Monitor—from sampling design, data collection, data quality, wrangling, modeling, and reporting. Currently, I serve as a Senior Statistician at the Center for Global Democracy and LAPOP Lab at Vanderbilt University, focusing on survey methodology and public opinion in Latin America. My responsibilities encompass leading the Research & Innovation Unit, data collection, automation of data processing, report and dissemination of the AmericasBarometer data.
