✔ Designed and maintained in relational database and infrastructure for key stakeholders and end users (Superform-Eagleform).✔ Managed technology transition through the 80's & 90's; a period of rapid technology and methodology changes. ✔ Created innovative solutions to reduce human resource costs; automate many tasks. ✔ Developed the first online Horse Racing Handicap Service (Superform ONLINE) where subscribers dialed in to access data (form) files through AUSTPAC (Australia's first public-switched data X.25 network), prior to the Internet.✔ Developed the Daily Form Service, that is still used throughout the TabCorp TAB agency network.✔ Together with Gary Crispe, developed the first automated program to generate form comments for horses. ✔ Developed automated newspaper printing process for the WIZARD Formguide - the largest privately circulated formguide in Australia.
