ClubLink commenced reviewing the highest and best use of its golf assets in 2015, as of December 2019 five properties are actively pursuing alternative land use approvals for over 10,000 units at Glen Abbey in Oakville, Ontario, RattleSnake in Milton, Ontario, Kanata in Ottawa, Ontario, Islesmere in Laval, Quebec and Woodlands in Tamarac, Florida. Highland Gate in Aurora, Ontario and Grandview O’Meara in Huntsville have received land use approvals. Responsibilities in this start up department included sourcing and negotiating with joint venture partners, oversight of golf course redevelopment opportunities and acting as the instructing client on litigation files and land use appeals.

Member of Executive Committee, including Board position on all subsidiary companies since 2000, that provided oversight on the affairs of the two operating businesses with annual revenue in excess of $200 million in 2014. Responsibilities included oversight of privatizing ClubLink in 2009, regulatory compliance, public reporting obligations and transition to IFRS from Canadian GAAP, investor relations, real estate redevelopment, resort operations, finance, budgeting, accounting, Human Resources, payroll, information systems, taxation and risk management.

Member of Executive Committee, including Board positions on all subsidiary companies, that approved new acquisitions and financing proposals. Responsibilities included oversight of regulatory compliance, public reporting obligations, finance, budgeting, accounting, information systems, taxation and insurance. Oversight to the Chief Financial Officers at the six operating companies.

Managed corporate functions of accounting, budgeting, cash management and systems. Responsible for financial reporting at Board meetings with major shareholders (BCE and Brookfield Properties), senior management and public shareholders. Oversight to the Chief Financial Officers at the five operating regions

Member of executive committee which approved lease proposals including tenant covenant and risk profile, net effective rent and lease take-over analysis. Managed Ontario Region functions of accounting and finance.
