What I especially get energy from is when I am able to let others discover their talents and let them use them optimally. That is why I initially worked as a trainer/coach. I have founded more than one training company and they have added a lot of value to my customers by working with employees on their development at deeper layers of the subconscious brain.Training and coaching is of course only a means to achieve results. And I wanted to be able to do more within the organizations I worked with. That is why I started looking for an expansion to my ideas, methods and results. I havetaken the next step in 2019: with Online Talent Manager I have developed a tool that gives people insights in their talents, grip on development and feedback on their daily performance! Based on the reliable online assessments with which Online Talent Manager has grown.
