Senior Programmer Analyst
Current-Provides technical support for multiple third party applications-Applies scheduled upgrades for applications and coordinate them with software vendor, business owners, and IT resources-Provides on-call support for critical applications and resolve issues in a timely fashion -Responds to help desk tickets from users and provide them with fast and efficent support -Leads projects and coordinates tasks between vendor, business stakeholders, and IT resources -Maintains and creates documentation of application issues, training material, and miscellaneous system information-Acts as a team lead by providing a group of four individuals with support and training
