Technical customer service for the Convergys "AT&T '@Home' Broadband ISP" Project in the early days of residential broadband internet service. (AT&T later changed its ISP name to “Excite.com”.) Provided Level 1 (and special project Level 2) telephone support for cable modem customers (incl., tech. support, billing questions, and scheduling home service visits). Excellent customer service skills: customer-centered, great listener, willing to go above and beyond to maintain good customer relations.
