FOUR3SIX is an entrepreneurial incubator in the Toledo (OH) area which specializes in residential and multi-family commercial real estate investments, small business IT solutions, media production and marketing, plus online sales of "political" apparel.

Midwest Fix-and-Flip is the real estate investment and property management division of FOUR3SIX, LLC. Responsibilities of the Lead Investor include procurement and management of investment properties, rehabilitation and modernization of outdated or run-down properties, updating of all utilities and mechanicals to bring properties up to code, marketing (incl., web management and media advertising), management of sub-contractors, property sales and rental/lease management.

Contract specialist with FOUR3SIX Contract Services (a division of FOUR3SIX, LLC), currently assigned to Community Auctions (Hot Springs, AR) project as their Field Representative in the Greater Toledo / Northwest Ohio market. Community Auctions is the national distributor for All American Classics sports memorabilia items. Responsibilities include managing the silent auction tables (i.e., setup, take-down and weekly maintenance), and assisting the headquarters Field Manager as the liaison between the company and local businesses where the charity auctions are held. Help oversee general maintenance and cleanliness of properties; schedule maintenance/repair crews as needed. Communicate with tenants about rules and regulations infractions; conduct disciplinary measures as warranted. Take applications from prospective tenants and conduct initial interviews. Customized Office Skills Training (COST) computer training coordinator for the Oregon Career & Technology Center (OCTC) Adult Workforce Development (AWD) job retraining program within the Adult Ed. Division of Oregon City Schools. Lead (I.T.) recruiter for OCTC's AWD program at several Ohio Bureau of Employment Services locations. Filled OCTC's enrollment quota for the academic year three months ahead of schedule, freeing staff and resources for other projects, and was profitable a full year ahead of the business plan for I.T. Designed, installed and maintained computer training labs with student workstations connected to instructor console via “star” pattern LANs. Assisted teaching integrated keyboard skills, MS Windows and MS Office Suite.

Technical customer service for the Convergys "AT&T '@Home' Broadband ISP" Project in the early days of residential broadband internet service. (AT&T later changed its ISP name to “Excite.com”.) Provided Level 1 (and special project Level 2) telephone support for cable modem customers (incl., tech. support, billing questions, and scheduling home service visits). Excellent customer service skills: customer-centered, great listener, willing to go above and beyond to maintain good customer relations. Frequently assigned difficult cases (both before and after Level 2 Support) due to my exceptionally high problem resolution ratio.[Reclaimed a disgruntled corporate client that called to discontinue service; resolved the problem, saved the contract and improved brand loyalty. Asked to train new support reps on good customer rapport and troubleshooting techniques. Selected for Employee Advisory Board and Quality Improvement team. Interviewed on-camera representing technical support team for company’s sales/marketing tape.]

Co-chaired the annual United Way “Scouting for Food” drive on campus which received an award for corporate for innovation thanks to fund raising event I devised. Co-trainer for MCO’s landmark "cultural diversity training program" for all campus employees.Coordinated “special projects” for the Office of the President; a. designed a biomedical student research model to connect area high school science labs with campus research facilities via distance learning (DL) technology as part of a proposed charter school curriculum [charter school implemented Fall 2022]; b. a nursing education DL model to reduce the number of hours nurse educators wasted traveling back-and-forth to regional hospitals and nursing schools, and to help standardize the curriculum in all classrooms.Part of an “advanced technology think-tank” committee of campus stakeholders that proposed cutting-edge innovations using 90s technology. I proposed: a. campus-wide closed circuit Educational TV (ETV) service viewed in patient rooms and public spaces [local PTV network was implemented several years later, after I’d left]; and, b. campus-wide WiFi network for medical staff to view patient records at patient bedsides using mobile devices [this too was implemented in a slightly different configuration after I left].

Supervised five Audio/Visual media support departments serving the college faculty and students, hospital staff, patients, guests and conference attendees (incl. Instructional Media, classroom support and satellite feeds). Led the upgrade from the previous legacy (analog) equipment to the design and installation of a state-of-the-art digital production studio and control room; one of the few for a non-broadcast facility in the area at that time, and the area’s premier TV and audio production studio specializing in medical programming. We were even producing our competitor’s content, converting a negative-earning department that I inherited into a profit center for the campus.Co-produced the local Children's Miracle Network Telethon fund-raiser; redesigned the local set and received national recognition for innovation and creativity; helped grow the local chapter's donations to over $1.M annually. Won a United Way grant to write, produce and direct a "prenatal healthcare" video, hosted by the 1988 Miss America who is a local RN.

Designed, installed and implemented one of the first dedicated “tele-medicine studios” in the region at St. Charles Hospital and (the former) Riverside Hospital. Photographed ophthalmic procedures and videotaped surgeries. Provided Audio/Visual support for company marketing initiatives and health education seminars in the community. Consulted with Riverside Hospital on upgrading their surgical video and patient education media capabilities.

Freelance writer/producer/director of documentary, educational and instructional, corporate training, telethon and technical media productions (incl. television, radio and print formats). Wrote, co-produced and co-directed “family effects of child abuse” training video for medial conference in Japan. Also, video artist-in-residence at Bowling Green State University for Ethnic Cultural Arts Program (ECAP); wrote, produced and directed cultural diversity TV series, and supervised student interns’ TV productions.

Assist local producers in writing and producing two half-hour public affairs programs each week. Wrote, produced and co-directed the local Jefferson Award special for community citizenship. Helped supervise and train production interns.Also, acted in several WQED studio productions as an "extra"; incl., the Ring Announcer in the boxing scene of First Lady Nancy Reagan’s award-winning anti-drug special, "Just Say No", and a music store customer in an episode of the historic award-winning children's television series, "Mister Roger's Neighborhood”.

Prepared lectures - 2 classes per week each semester (200-300 level class). Provided additional instruction as needed after class, administered tests and graded papers.
