At G&W Electric , I was a Senior Commodity Manager, where I re-organized the supply chain to perform at best in class levels during company high growth, including strategic planning, supply management, lean manufacturing, contract negotiations and establishing key performance indicators. At IMI Cornelius, I managed a $45 million portfolio over 5,000 parts including steel, machinings, stampings, plastics, stampings and fasteners. I was responsible for shifting supply base to Mexico in support of a new facility.
