I have a broad knowledge and practical experience of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes as applicable to both the Pharmaceutical and Biopharmaceutical Sectors. My current role is as a QA Specialist within the Operational Quality Group at Sterling Pharma Solutions Ringaskiddy Limited (formerly Novartis Ringaskiddy Limited) where I perform operational quality activities for Production and QC while adhering to core regulations and standards. I have significant experience in delivering effective stakeholder and customer consultation, batch disposition and release, deviation, OOX and complaint management, documentation review and approval, audit readiness, Annual Product Quality Review preparation and change control coordination.My previous roles at Sterling/Novartis Ringaskiddy have included QA Specialist within the Standards and Compliance group with responsibility for quality oversight on drug substance stability, membership of the QC leadership team as QC Coordinator for the Drug Substance and Microbiology laboratories, QC Expert within the QC unit and delivering new product analytics to site as Launch Analytics Lead within the Analytical Science and Technology group. I possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to develop positive internal and external collaborations.
