Our goal is to ensure an optimal end user experience for critical VIP end users and regularly meet with them to get feedback on the overall IT experience to ensure any points of frustration are brought forward and addressed.Root Cause AnalysisI assist with root cause analysis of various problems that arise utilizing programs such as ProcMon, Wireshark, and Stratusphere to diagnose problems at the desktop level. Project ManagementI am tasked with ensuring projects are completed within deadlines including application testing, arranging meetings as needed, and consulting with business partners to ensure buy-in and compliance.Business ContinuityI am responsible for managing our business continuity environments from the desktop level, ensuring that software is up to date and functional in case our primary offices are inaccessible.
