Agency electronic trading division of Knight / KCG providing market-leading liquidity access via a suite of algorithmic trading strategies (FAN, COVERT, OASIS and CATCH).

Responsible for firm-wide Sales and Marketing of Algorithmic Trading tools, Direct Market Access (DMA), High-Touch Agency Program Trading, and Transaction Cost Analysis to Institutional Investors. While "player-coach," Managed a team of 9 salespeople, closed several major accounts and supported team members in closing many other profitable relationships. Sat on the UNX Operating Committee and worked directly with the CEO to establish strategic and tactical objectives. Responsible for UNX's PR, Marketing and Branding.

Managed a 15-person Sales team selling Equity and Fixed Income Agency and Program Trading to Institutional Investors. Structured complex Commission Management Programs for Investment Managers, Pension Funds and Mutual Funds. Held a key position on the firm's Executive Committee and worked with the CEO to set strategic objectives. Prior to managing Sales, I was one of the firms all-time top-producing institutional salespeople.

Responsible for soliciting business to high net worth individuals and small institutions. Closed a $30 Million mutual fund account with a foundation bringing recognition in Fidelity's national newsletter.
