Originally providing support to 12 ex De Vere golf resorts located across the UK, including The Belfry. Since Nov 2014 I have been responsible for 11 QHotels resorts being a point of contact for 10,000+ members, responding to their queries, providing complaint resolutions along with carrying out group administration duties. Current Key Responsibilities• Reconcile all golf membership systems to ensure continuity and accuracy of financial records• Produce financial reports in a timely manner at month end to ensure company reporting deadlines are met• Ensure all costs are accounted for in the correct financial period and all accruals are accurate and necessary.• Ensure all revenue streams are accurately recorded and balanced to payments received.• Provide accurate and up-to-date financial information as required by the Resorts/Hotels and Head Office.• Produce a weekly forecast of key elements of the Golf business, consolidated across all golf properties.• Conduct full monthly membership sales and top up audit•To communicate effectively with any members having queries and resolve these issues effectively and efficiently.Administration/Systems•Ensure that the group Daily Activity Report (DAR) is completed in full and daily.•Ensure that all transactions that are taken direct are recorded fully and in detail with information passed to accounts and Administration.•Ensure accurate inputting of new members into Concept Golf Management and that any changes in the members circumstances is also administered correctly and swiftly.•Ensure that Leisure Point is used fully and effectively and inline with company expectations/standards.Group Renewal Responsibilities•Set and communicate monthly renewal targets to all DVC Membership Advisors and Directors of Golf.•Send out regular renewal League Tables to ensure a strong renewals sales culture at all golf resorts.•Assist in the weekly Group Membership Sales Calls providing feedback and support where applicable.

As part of the New Business team, my task was to generate leads for potential new clients through cold-calling, direct marketing. Also bringing in business from inbound enquiries through the company website and google marketing. Existing client portfolio management and annual contract renewals a major part also.

Working as part of the Direct Sales team. This involved me travelling around Lancashire obtaining new customers and signing them up to TV, Telephone and Internet packages. This was done by cold-calling on potential customers, with occasional referrals from existing customers being passed to me. Computer skills and excellent face-to-face customer skills was an essential part of this role as well as the ability to upsell and overcome objections. Monthly sales targets and KPI's were set and often achieved.
