I provide technical guidance to these customers to ensure that NHBC's Standards are being applied on-site to fulfil the requirements of our Buildmark warranty.Problem solving, research skills, analytical skills and good communication skills are key to this role. With the ever-advancing construction industry, everyday brings new products, technologies and standards to light which allows me to continually develop my understanding and skills.Each day allows me to accumulate new knowledge across a range of subjects through research to facilitate my aim of providing accurate and effective technical advice. This is in order to play my part to raising the standard of construction in the UK.Site visits to view the installation of products as well as to observe the work that NHBC’s Building Inspectors carry out expand my understanding of NHBC’s Standards in a practical application.I am also involved with creating technical illustrations and diagrams to be used in guidance documents and future editions of NHBC Standards. Mystery shopping involves applying to undertake assignments on behalf of market research companies for a variety of clients.Over five years of retail and customer service experience gives me an advantage for such assignments looking for evidence of great service and products being provided by these locations.
