Hi there!I'm Robert, a user experience designer with a passion for using design to positively impact society and people's lives.I recently graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor's in Human Centered Design & Engerining, Human Computer Interaction. Through the program, I sharpened my innate design sense and gained experience in the entire human-centered design process all the way from exploratory research to end-stage useability testing (and even a bit of development).I currently work at FreeDoc, an expanding document management company that helps other organizations manage their records better using specialized software solutions known as enterprise content management systems (ECMs). I started at FreeDoc back in 2015 before returning to school, and have progressed through a series of increasingly impactful positions since then.My current role as Systems Experience Design centers on using the design methodologies I've mastered to improve a wide variety of company processes and assets. I am currently focusing on enhancing the inbound prospective customer experience by improving the structure, content, and visual design of the FreeDoc website. I'm also working with an SEO expert to ensure that customers can find us, and will soon be exploring other digital customer acquisition strategies as well.In my personal life, I'm also currently in the process of generating ideas for the purpose of launching my own startup. I have some general themes that I'm interested in and am exploring, but I'm still working to refine them into more concrete ideas.
