Prior to relocating to Los Angeles in March 2014, I was the Records Retention Coordinator for Caterpillar Financial, Inc. in Nashville, TN. for 3 years. I was responsible for maintaining and overseeing confidential contract documents for legal requests, retrieval and cataloging. I supervised a cost savings project in 2012 and 2013 concerning the storage of off-site contacts and files. Prior to my position at Caterpillar Financial, I worked as the Creative Director for Johnny Bond Music Publications, Inc. in Nashville, TN. I maintained and administered their music catalog. I handled various inquires from music companies concerning Licensing Requests, Synchronization, and Catalog administrative needs. I continue to help advice with over seeing the company, and am currently working with BMG/Chrysalis to help with collection and administration of foreign royalties. I am professional with superior and broad based customer service skills. I am self-motivated, and respect the role of working independently.
