As part of the executive team, I lead Finance and Strategy for Trunk Club where we transformed a declining e-commerce business by pivoting the offer to a larger addressable market, updating the pricing strategy, and developing a recurring revenue stream. We became Nordstrom’s fastest-growing business while simultaneously improving our unit economics by introducing labor automation and efficiencies in supply chain and customer care. When ineffective marketing stalled the initial momentum, I helped lead Trunk Club’s integration into Nordstrom, a move that not only yielded significant cost savings, but also enabled the company to leverage Nordstrom’s mature brand and marketing.My scope of leadership spanned controllership, FP&A, strategy & analytics, research and insights, and program management.

Launching the company’s first FP&A organization, I established a high-performing, high-value team for the $2B Television and Entertainment business, defining everything from the team charter and org structure to tools and BI to support forecasting and decision-making across 35 business units. Partnering with the CFO and Controller, I helped transform Finance into a modern, agile organization with 20% fewer staff and greater productivity. With an upskilled FP&A team, a lean Finance organization, and an enterprise data warehouse, I delivered efficient decision support with increased transparency. I oversaw FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, BI, and corporate development support.
