For 30 years, I have been designing and building brands. For the past 16 years, I specialized in building financial brands. Top financial advisors, institutions and platforms hire my firm, Fahrenheit Studio, to conceive of, design and implement every aspect of their marketing, branding and communications systems. My partner and I have created highly successful brands for RIAs in transition or seeking to grow their companies. In the past decade brand building, marketing and communications have converged into a single discipline. Fahrenheit Studio was conceived as a multidisciplinary firm and the current media/content rich marketing landscape is the perfect place for us to bring all of our skills together. We provide clients with distinctive, powerful brands that are in it to win. Transitioning RIAs is one of the most challenging and rewarding spaces to demonstrate the power of our multidisciplinary approach to brand building. In the last decade we have helped RIAs find their voices, tell their stories and connect with qualified loyal clients. We do more than provide custom brand elements; we help our clients own what makes them special and we tell their stories in a spectrum of media. Businesses seek our help when they are in transition. RIA transitions are an extreme test of our capabilities because they often start from nothing, have limited time to execute, are compliance sensitive and must be secretive. The measure of Fahrenheit Studio’s success is that we are averaging 10-20% over the typical 70-80% AUM retained by newly transitioned RIAs.As a designer, creative director, brand strategist and social media pioneer, I have been at the forefront of the digital revolution. An early proponent of interactive multimedia, I created some of the first rich media websites using 3D and Flash animation. Later, I worked with IBM and the five major record labels on the historic Madison Project, which tested the digital delivery of music to a broadband audience. My team also re-branded Virgin Records America, helped them establish web standards and designed branded websites for their artists. The multidisciplinary team at Fahrenheit Studio has been designing and building brands, websites and applications for clients ranging from Wells Fargo Advisors and IBM to UMG, Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment and Warner Music Group. We are currently launching a number of RIA transitions along with functioning as a full service CMO for national financial firms.
