Holding bottom line accountability for selecting, leading, and approving hosting consolidation and modernization projects in AWS, Azure, and traditional datacenter, representing NPV to senior leadership. Leading and controlling a team of engineers developing and supporting CI/CD for a diversified application framework, including Ruby on Rails, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Angular JS, GRAILS, PHP, React JS, Objective-C, Electron. Developing unified CI/CD and hosting standards for applications across AWS, Azure, and Private Cloud (VMWare, Cisco UCS, F5, and NetApp) while spearheading team of 23 engineers and managers. Providing high level leadership in M&A technical activity, involving pre-purchase technical due diligence, post purchase integration and team evaluations. My key contributions against this role are:Led and controlled major security audit of current applications and implemented significant security improvements, including FIPS 140-2 encryption at rest, next-generation endpoint protection, network segmentation, and host-based intrusion detection.✪ Successfully managed changes to both infrastructure and software while participating in a cross-functional Change Control Board.✪ Drove and tracked quarterly OKRs aligned with company objectives by collaborating with teams, managers, and senior leadership.✪ Directed the successful migration from Puppet enterprise to Chef Community which resulted in $100k / year savings in licensing and 30% reallocation of staff while serving as Configuration Management Officer for FedRAMP security process. ✪ Encouraged Agile transformation for operations teams to align with development teams establishing an operations tribe in a matrix organization.

Spearheaded Platform Engineering and IT Teams, managing hosting partners and public cloud budgets while serving as senior cloud operations leader. Successfully provided highly automated solutions, minimized critical knowledge pillars and minimized associated risks by aligning fragmented Corporate IT, traditional SaaS Ops, and separating DevOps teams. Built and spearheaded a top talent platform engineering and Internal IT teams, including recruiting, coaching and mentoring to focus on measurable OKRs supporting business outcomes. Developed ISMS to balance risk, financial, and customer objectives improving security and business continuity posture by liaising with ISSO and CTO. Provided expert advice and guidance in the development of hosting architecture for clients with compliance requirements necessitating on-premises enterprise software hosting.
