• Provide support and guidance to the US Operations President and leadership team.
• Lead the HSE team to deliver inputs that allow the business to meet HSE and Risk Management strategic objectives
• Operational execution of leading and lagging indicators across all US Operations including all regulatory requirements
• Effective case management of all events including medical consultancy, investigation through learning and action plan closure
• Develop and establish a business assurance strategy focused on safety leadership, risk based auditing, risk assessment and effective management of sub-contractors
• Actively involved in the strategic business planning to ensure that the H&S risks of growth, acquisitions and new operating facilities are properly identified, assessed and managed

• Assist client in determining software configurations to meet the demands of their internal processes.
• Consult relative to practical experience into workable solutions for both the client and software provider.
• Speak with existing and potential clients to identify potential improvements in products as it relates to their particular situation, and address any potential perceived gaps by working directly with product management.
• Analyze client HSE software needs, technical environment, key business issues and requirements. Design, develop and implement program design and set-up for HSE software for potential and existing clients to further.
• Develop/design database content, forms, fields, & views for demonstration purposes of real life scenarios.
• Developed numerous completely new product offerings, and enhanced other offerings to better align with industry requirements.
