Therefore my prime experiences is in silicon design with focus on Ethernet Switches. In later stages I have been more involved in Embedded software development and silicon for video surveillance doing both design, verification and project leading. I find that having done as many different parts as possible, application software, embedded software, drivers, asic design, asic verification and project management, makes me a better engineer and manager.I have worked with Swedish, Taiwanese, Chinese and American engineers.My personal goal is to have both a active career and a good family life.
