As one of the Co-Managers I would be responsible for all operations except ticket booth operations. We would audition, cast, and train a cast and crew of 35 - 50 people every year. We were very hands on with our training, and left little to chance. We also would make sure that all rooms were covered, makeup was applied before opening, and open the house. Once open we would check on actors and talk with any guest that had issues.

I was fully involved in the creation of this house. From early concept meetings, advertising consulting, physical construction, auditioning over 200 people for roles, casting these roles and managing/training a final cast and crew of over 100 people every season. Assisted with makeup, and anything else that had to be done.
