As a Teaching Assistant, I would mark papers, tests & assignments for my professors and hold office hours for students. I would be an additional support for undergrad students answering any questions that they may have through email or video call.

Working towards creating a future with more cheersIn this role, I used my analytical background to study sales results and draw out and conclusions that were prominent in a large data set. Using tools such as Power BI & High Jump, I leveraged data softwares to let the team know about the nature of our sales and any insights that may make our performance more optimal.

• Acted as a direct support system to 200+ Clubs and Associations at Laurier• Primary roles included budget allocation, training our clubs, marketing our department, and answering general inquiries• Conducted budget allocation ensuring that Clubs and Associations have enough funds to conduct their events and services• Worked closely with HR and other colleagues to train Club Presidents on our policies and procedures• Worked directly with the Marketing department to create graphics, videos, and other media to get the word out about our clubs
