If this issue had not been resolved, it would have prevented subsequent joint venture creation.• Oversaw the replanning of the process readiness phase that eliminated the need to hire fourteen engineers and a planned material spend of US$12MM.• Orchestrated a product reliability growth initiative that reduced the pre-launch failure rate of the generation two product above the previous generation’s present status.• Won employee of the year and declined in favour of recognition of the entire team.
