SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY (SCE), Rosemead, CA 1992 – 2001Project Manager, Information Technology (IT), (1998 – 2001)Implemented systems/products, services, and processes in support of SCE’s asset management, help desk support, and support of the company’s IT Service Center (Web, LAN, Host – Peregrine, Tivoli, and OSI). * Achieved $2m+ annual savings for outsource of the desktop support of approx. 15,000 desktops. Accountable for entire cycle including process changes, vendor selection, planning, negotiation, and implementation. Results included improved service levels, visibility, and reduced costs.* Part of team tasked to evaluate and coordinate efforts for the outsourcing of Edison’s Data Centers, LAN and WAN infrastructure, desktop, help desk, and applications support.
