Corporate Environmental Manager
CurrentFortune 250 Company; Multinational corporation operates and produces as the world's second largest processor and marketer of chicken, beef, and pork in the food manufacturing industry.• Direct and supports two (2) - Tyson facilities to manage integration of Tyson Foods conservative, Corporate environmental and safety programs to protect the environment and achieve regulatory compliance. • Direct the technical development and authoring of all facility’s required environmental and engineering documents (Wastewater, Air Title V, SWPPP, SPCC, RCRA, RMP, TRI, SARA Tier II, waste minimization programs) submitted in a timely manner with proven regulatory approval by improving and implementing stringent QA/QC review process. • Provide oversight and assistance with EHS issues and compliance for the Prepared Foods Division. Investigate EHS incidents including root cause analysis, and implements corrective actions in a timely manner. • Implemented Corporate directives to drive KPIs target plans. as required to drive performance. • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. • Conducts annual assessments and audits, perform troubleshooting activities as needed, and evaluate and analyze trends to reduce environmental liability and compliance risks.• Effectively engages, communicates, and negotiates with regulatory agencies. • Provided Corporate representation to all internal and external stakeholders.
