Failure was avoided when moving responsibilities from offshore resources to an onsite team. It's here because it reminds me of a time when my main focus was on boating slips, evening yacht cruises, wine and cheese parties in warm South Florida evening breezes - the elegance of a wind powered boat as it carves through small waves.
