I've enjoyed managing small to medium sized R&D projects for the past 15 years, developing complex products and bio-chemical processes. I prefer projects with both HW and SW elements that result in products that will help people live better lives. My BD programs have incorporated HW/SW and reagents instrumentation systems and demands for global clinical registrations. Working with cross-disciplinary technical teams (biology, chemistry, physics, engineering, ID, etc.) is most challenging and rewarding.
