Led the successful expansion of Mariner Partner's consulting business beyond New Brunswick and into other Atlantic provinces. The role encompassed leadership over business development, services delivery, services development, and recruiting/organization building through a rapid period of business growth, and establishing Mariner as a major player throughout the region. During the period, I provided leadership and oversight across our services delivery in market, and I also served frequently as an executive level advisor to our key clients in areas including Technology Strategy & Governance, Operations, and Program Delivery. Product Leader and P&L owner for AOL's Internet and mobile network based services; including Canada’s first residential VoIP service, several mobile communications services, and a suite of Internet security products.

Managed development and launch of enterprise telephony product capabilities including Enhanced 911 emergency services and IP Telephony performance monitoring and management; led product development engagements involving both Nortel and various ecosystem partners to drive increased ecosystem value for end customers; led product pricing and cost reduction strategy and for a broader telephony product portfolio.

Provided sales and solutions engineering support on strategic sales initiatives throughout United States, Japan, China, and Australia; delivered broad systems expertise across areas of voice networking, data networking (optical / LAN / WAN), network management and network security; regularly delivered sales presentations and recommendations to client executives at the VP and CTO level.
