President and Managing Principal of RDY Advisors, LLC, with over 31 years of extensive multi-market real estate experience across the country in investment, acquisition, and advising companies and organizations with tenant representation, space disposition, and strategic planning in office, industrial, retail, and multi-family. - Rob is known as a creative problem solver and skilled negotiator who is always looking for the most efficient and effective next step. He has represented clients from many of New York’s leading industries including finance, media, legal, and technology, and works with a significant number of multi-market clients in both the private and public sectors. In 2020, Rob founded RDY Advisors, LLC, a real estate investment and advisory firm, to support companies, organizations, and individuals to make sound and lucrative real estate decisions. Rob successfully creates opportunities for clients while maximizing the efficiency of their real estate portfolios and recognizing significant savings. Prior to this, Rob co-founded Brookside Properties, Inc., a successful real estate investment management company and since then, has personally acquired and invested in a broad number of multi-market properties across the country. In 2016, Rob completed the David Rockefeller Fellows Program, a Partnership from New York City leadership program which brings together participants and key leaders to collaborate on issues in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors of New York City. Rob has also been recognized by the Real Estate Board of New York’s distinguished “Most Ingenious Deal of the Year” award for the relocation of the U.S. Customs Service to 166,327 square feet following the destruction of its headquarters in the September 11, 2001 attacks. Rob is honored to serve on the HSS Board of Trustees for Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) for over six years where he continues to serve as a chair of the Board of Advisors along with the HSS Finance Committee and the Board of Medical Indemnity Assurance Company. Rob also proudly serves as Co-President of My Money Workshop, an organization in the New York Tri-State area that provides financial literacy courses to the community. Rob continues to work in New York City as his home base while traveling across the country to develop new opportunities and meet his clients’ needs.
