Client: SpoonRocket• Created detailed database consisting of 8+ metrics on different cities in order to determine most viable location for market expansion.• Analyzed traffic behavior to derive most cost effective and time efficient routes and schedule for the Spoon Rocket delivery service.• Suggested comprehensive marketing and implementation strategy to increase Spoon Rocket’s business without hindering their revenue.Client: Eco-Factor• Devised a marketing survey to evaluate consumer preference and behaviors for Eco-Factor, a home energy management service.• Performed data analysis of 600+ survey results to determine effective pricing model, marketing strategy, and distribution channel.• Collaborated with a project team of 6 to design an effective pricing scheme for Eco-Factor to implement in the state of California.
