With almost a decade of experience in the Workday ecosystem, Robert now leads the growing Kainos HCM consulting team in the US. Robert is a skilled consultant in numerous areas of Workday (Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll focused), but also works to develop the Kainos NA team, processes and procedures. Robert has extensive experience across countless Workday projects globally, spanning multiple industries and ranging in size up to several hundred thousand workers. An experienced stream lead, Robert takes pride in his ability to translate customer needs into Workday configuration, and helping the customer understand the product. Robert has been instrumental in setting up the Kainos North America presence, and the implementation of the Kainos post deployment service. Robert places a focus on people development, ensuring the right tools and processes are in place to deliver customer satisfaction.In previous roles, Robert has lead the specialist functional capabilities of Kainos (Time, Absence, Recruiting, Benefits) - performing in a Workday Product Lead capacity for both Absence and Time Tracking, and developing the Product Lead programme within Kainos.Robert has presented to the Workday ecosystem on several topics, both remotely and at the annual Workday professional services conference. Robert is a leader in communication within Kainos, promoting and contributing across multiple platforms.Robert is certified and experienced in Workday HCM, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Reporting, Projects, Integrations, US Payroll, Reporting, and Medium Enterprise. Robert has a strong background in software engineering and mathematics, and applies this rigour to the Workday deployment process.
