• Develop and maintain key relationships throughout Riverside County, to promote and inform our leaders of our services to the community.• Maintain, update and expand RUHSBH Website.• Identify key community resource organizations, establish relationships and build rapport in order to better understand the interface of a continuum of care, recommend best-fit resources for consumer recovery planning, and problem solve access issues.• Serve as a central researcher for staff consultation and gather community resource promotional and application materials to develop a centralized library for staff access.• Develop multiple and various education media that will inform department staff and contractors of department and community resources for recovery planning –newsletter, staff meeting in-services, centralized conferences, and trainings.• Serve as a primary point of contact for department representation at community health fairs, mental health events, or mental health career expos. Develop a standardized library of materials to be included and disseminated at such events and represent the department at these events to engage and educate attendees.• Proficient in writing press releases, TV/media interviews, social media and other media relations for Riverside University Health System – Behavioral Health (RUHSBH)

• Proficient in writing press releases, TV/media interviews, social media and other media relations for the city of Hemet• Successful Relations built with local leaders (Council Members, Board of Supervisors, etc.) across San Bernardino and Riverside County.• Developed and manage many contacts throughout the region with various political, community and executive leaders.• Regularly engage with the public and community through public speeches, town hall and individual meetings, community events, and relationship building events.• Create, adopt and implement city policies, ordinances, and budgets
