• Managed project to develop the NORTHCOM Information Management Plan (IMP) that prescribed the information flow necessary to meet the U.S. NORTHCOM Commander’s Critical Information Requirements (CCIR) for real-world and exercise scenarios. • National Homeland Security exercises validated the IMP and met the expectations of key stakeholders such as the U.S. NORTHCOM Commander.

• Spearheaded all areas of data communication network projects. Directly conducted extensive project leadership and management. • Conceptualized and integrated solutions to develop and deploy new Cisco router operating systems saving the company approximately 200 M USD per annum satisfying key stakeholder expectations.

• Led and managed Global Positioning System (GPS) data communications network projects and infrastructure support projects.• Results produced an increase of GPS hardware and software availability of 25%.
