Responsible for overseeing Bayard's dedicated Pilot Team which operated as part of our Pilot Program.The Pilot Program was developed as a means of providing prospective clients an opportunity to trial Bayard's services to get a sense of our expertise and approach towards recruitment marketing on a short-term and highly focused scale while showcasing the ways in which we can partner together long-term. My team and I worked very closely to execute thoughtful media strategies and offer front-end consultative support to help employers meet their hiring needs while laying the groundwork for longstanding client-agency relationships.

I began my career at Bayard as an Account Coordinator where I assisted our growing office by taking over a large book of local accounts spanning a wide range of industries.I was responsible for planning and executing client recruitment campaigns by conducting media research, implementing media strategies, and placing print and digital advertisements with a variety of media sources.

I have experience working as a freelance graphic designer specializing in consulting, branding, and print work.My projects have ranged from one-offs for family and friends to campaigns for local businesses in the Twin Cities. This has taught me invaluable real world skills and given me the ability to translate a variety of client needs into appropriate advertising and design strategies.I chose to limit my amount of freelance work in 2017 to allow me to focus on other areas of my career but I will always find time for graphic design.
