For over 25 years, I have had the AUDACITY to tell brilliant people in some of the world's finest organizations that they could bring their toughest problems into one of my DesignShops and in a matter of days, we could help their teams find breakthrough solutions. And we have done so, without fail. Now I am passionate about my writing – The Collaboration Code – and teaching as I share what we have learned with a whole new generation of consultants, designers, and facilitators. The ultimate aim: to build on this foundation and develop the skills the world needs at this time. The next ten years will be the most important decade for the human race EVER. We will fundamentally rethink and rebuild every human system. I have decades of experience working with senior teams and have worked with 44 of the 2019 Fortune 100 companies, successfully directing and supporting massive transformation projects throughout the United States and Europe. As a partner with Ernst & Young Consulting (later Capgemini/Ernst & Young) from 1995 to 2005, I was responsible for creating the Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE), a network of over 20 global centers designed to create business breakthroughs. The Chairman of Coca-Cola described the ASE as “a Montessori School for Adults” – a "great thing!" he hastened to add.My passion is finding new, even more effective ways to help people collaborate and deliver on their commitments. I am author/curator of the multi-volume series The Collaboration Code, which is a detailed resource for anyone interested in applying state-of-the-art approaches and tools to complex work. I lead week-long training workshops to teach this approach with, as Fred Smith of FedEx once described it, "energy, wit, and creativity." Let's do something AMAZING together.
