Plan replaces World War II-era facilities at no cost to the Air Force.Nuclear Integration Team Lead (simultaneous with Deputy Director duties): Provided senior oversight and review of all depot maintenance support for 450+ Minuteman III missiles and associated support equipment.- Generated $22 million in savings through FY18 from an initial budget of $39 million through creative re-use of existing facilities to implement rocket booster storage for the New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty.- Led an Air Force effort to standardize emergency response procedures for solid- and liquid-fueled rocket motor transportation accidents. Oversaw the training of follow-on recovery teams.

Responsible for maintenance and condition of $205 million in vehicles and equipment.- Took a corrosion control program covering 200+ field sites that was over a year behind schedule, streamlined planning and execution and had it back on schedule in only 3 months.- Revised emergency maintenance response process to cut non-essentials—slashed response time by 80% (from 5 hours to 1 hour) and increased productivity, ensuring missiles were ready to launch on demand.
