Over the last 18 years, Rob has grown Madison from a small start-up company to a large corporation, employing over 90 employees and currently working in several states. Madison has been involved in state-of-the-art healthcare facilities, multi-use housing complexes, student life centers for higher education, renovations of large public entities, as well as many projects for non-profit clients including Heartland Health Center, PCC Wellness and Lawndale Christian Health Center. In 2004 Rob started Three Corners Development, the Developer Services division of Madison Construction and was “spun off” as a stand-alone enterprise in 2008. Through common ownership, Three Corners remains associated with Madison Construction. This partnership allows for the unique opportunity to bring projects forward with collective integration and comprehensive developer and construction services. Rob is passionate about creating safe, healthy and prosperous communities through innovative development and construction strategies. His work has encompassed several development markets including low income, affordable, market rate, student and mixed-use housing. He operates with the belief that if we are fortunate to be working within a community, we are obligated to provide and give back to that community. Madison puts significant emphasis on working with community stakeholders to engage local firms that can participate in the construction process and is committed to employing local workforce on each project. Rob’s instinctive foresight given him the ability to see trends in the industry and made key decisions about strategically aligning himself and his company to not only benefit Madison Construction but to further the success of our clients and the communities in which we work.
