CurrentRob Fijlstra is organisatie adviseur (CMC), klankbord/coach, mediator, trainer, auteur en begeleider van werkconferenties. Hij is tevens een energiek, uitdagend en veelgevraagd spreker. Hij is altijd op zoek naar ongezien en daardoor ongebruikt potentieel, met als motto ‘anders kijken betekent dikwijls meer zien’. Hij gelooft daarom in change platforms, en veel minder in change programma’s. Hij werkte 4 jaar voor de Universiteit van Amsterdam, 12 jaar voor de Postbank (en haar rechtvoorgangers), 10 jaar als firmant van de Adviesgroep voor Organisatie Psychologie en nu 14 jaar binnen de netwerkorganisatie FijlstraWullings. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fen9LdQWSDwRob has been involved in organizational development for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. He has authored several books , including No-nonsense met een hart (No nonsense with a heart; Scriptum Books, 1996, 1998), Ondernemen met gevoel (Managing from the heart; Scriptum Books, 1998) and Honesty: the best policy (Cyan Scriptum 2004). His latest book is Vandaag doen wat morgen nodig is (Creating tomorrows organization today ; van Duuren 2014) . Rob is a regular en enthusiastic speaker at conferences throughout Europe and the United States and a much asked trainer/facilitator for strategy development- and training programs. He runs two intensive open programs: Leadership in Turbulent Times (on Bali) and Interpersonal Competence. Rob holds a degree in social sciences from the Dutch Institute for Social Sciences. He has been a Certified Management Consultant since 2003. Since 2008, Rob Fijlstra (1953) has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc., as a Consultant Affiliate. He is widely known for his work in promoting authentic leadership, interpersonal competence, emotional intelligence, inclusion and organizational development.
