Managed team of QA test engineers, technicians and first line managers responsible for server and rack level testing for all hosts deployed to AWS. Qualification testing included testing new server hardware, system firmware and developing the necessary test plans and resultant test suites. Team also responsible for testing server commodity components (memory, drives, etc.) to address part end of life, continuity of supply, or part quality issues.

Built and managed a mixed team of hardware and software engineers that provided software based pre-silicon validation tools for Intel’s enterprise and cloud customers. The simulation tools were written in C++ using the SystemC extension library, Verilog, Python and other proprietary languages. As a leader and people manager, I provided career guidance, mentoring and performance reviews to diverse team members.

Developed and supported C++ based software models used for pre-silicon functional validation in a simulation environment. The focus of the testing was on the interoperability of customer ASIC chip designs with Intel interfaces and chip components. Owned the success of several customer accounts from a technical enabling perspective. Functioned as a program manager responsible for the product schedules spanning first definition to product launch, issue management and resource planning.
