•Directly supervise a student staff of 15 Desk Managers including hiring, training, evaluation, discipline, resolution of work concerns, termination•Provide supervision by utilizing student learning outcomes as outlined by the residential curriculum.•Provide assistance and support for all aspects of programming for residents of University Housing offered by Resident Assistants, Area Council, Residence Housing Association (RHA) and the University.•Enforce contract provisions, University and University Housing policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and guidelines.•Conduct lower-level student conduct hearings and issuing sanctions for residents who may have violated University or Housing policies including roommate concerns and residential policy policies. •Serve on-call rotation through the evening, weekend, and holiday duty coverage including first-response and crisis management for approximately 2500 students along with twelve other pro-staff members.•Prepare incident reports when deemed necessary by the supervisor, Assistant Director of Residence Life, Associate Director of Residence Life, Director of University Housing, and/or University Police.•Communicate accordingly with current supervisor, Assistant Director of Residence Life, Associate Director of Residence Life and Director of University Housing regarding any concern that needs immediate attention/notification.
