I began my career in pest and wildlife management when studying music in London. I needed a stable job that could keep my interest day in and day out whilst supporting my studies in a very expensive city.After I'd graduated, I spent time in Australia, New Zealand, and Thailand, where I discovered my second passion in life - diving, before finding my current home in BC, Canada. Here I get to experience some of the best cold water diving in the world, winter snow sports, summer adventures, and of course, manage a variety of pest and wildlife issues in the largest port city in Canada.I've achieved many successes and grown both personally and professionally within the pest control industry, making it my priority to constantly seek out and absorb as much knowledge about pest control, and gain as much experience in customer service as possible. This has included servicing and maintaining relationships with clients such as the McLaren Racing HQ and Sarah McLachlan.Some of my successes include:- The creation and development of an Insect division for a start-up, pest control operator in British Columbia.- Restructuring and maturing the second largest, and poorest performing branch in Canada, to become the 2nd most successful branch for growth and revenue in a single summer. - Planning, organizing, and opening a new branch of a Canadian PCO in Melbourne, Australia. After years of hard work and dedication as a Senior Service Technician, I am now in a leadership and business development role, with empathy and perspective solidifying the foundation of my work ethic. I continue to seek new knowledge, and thrive on sharing the knowledge I've gained with anyone willing to listen!
