I am a passionate and enthusiastic designer and creative with over 14 years in the creative industry. I work with clients big and small; from global brands to independent, creative projects. The projects that I work on span a range of sectors, including; film, finance, engineering, software, music, charity, education and health & wellbeing. My work sees me working directly with my clients, as well as in collaboration with other creatives.I believe in building strong relationships with clients and collaborators, the importance of developing strategy and understanding, and being bold and adventurous with ideas. Combining that foundational approach with precision of application culminates in creating the difference between something good and something great.My goal is to create work that is well balanced, connects strongly with its audience, is fit for purpose whilst exceeding the expectations of my client. With thorough design production and careful implementation, design can have a powerful, positive impact on us and our surroundings.In 2022 I founded Studio Zoid, a collaborative design studio specialising in branding, illustration and typography across print and digital.I love collaborating with my clients as well as fellow creatives and am always open to new ideas and projects.

Working closely with the rest of the team I put my name to many animation, visual effects and branding assignments. White Circle is a small company and depends on good teamwork. It was essential to support each other and I put in the hours to complete tasks both within and outside my remit in order to help the team.During this time I was also greatly involved with White Circle's sister company, White Lantern Film. This included being part of the B-Reel team acting as Designer and Content-Programmer. B-Reel was a monthly event that brought brilliant short films and animation to Bournemouth. Being heavily involved in the event I worked with the B-Reel team to put together the monthly playlist and to design and create the branding & marketing for promotional purposes.(White Circle is now The Light Side productions)

Animator / DesignerDrying For Freedom - Documentary 2010 - 2012My involvement with this project was to head the design and animation of the film. This included working closely with the director and producers to create talking head slates, opening title typography and animated & graphical sections. Among others the animated sections included three key moments explaining important pivotal aspects of the film. Working as a part of the DFF team I also designed and created key marketing including posters, dvds and branding.Drying for Freedom, a feature length environmental documentary is about the right to protect the planet. The film reveals the story of our love affair with energy, the people who are campaigning against it, the rules society has created to sustain it and the destruction it is causing our planet. It explores how outdoor clothes drying is banned in communities across the USA and how corporate America sold its citizens the dream of electric bliss in the 1950s, a dream which is now America's biggest export.www.dryingforfreedom.com
