Additionally, I controlled costs and optimized spending via restructuring of budgets for labor, capital assets, inventory purchasing, and technology upgrades. I managed relationships with outside vendors and engineering departments from other networks both within US and globally while filming travel shows. 🎬 Designed workflow and transitioned show to complete remote workflow (cloud) during the pandemic.🎬 Leveraged problem-solving and time management expertise to upload hundreds of hours of footage and 10 terabytes of data to deliver the show within 1 week.🎬 Revamped and introduced agility into workflows to adapt to show formats (daily, travel, international, pilot) as well as to diverse geographies (Mexico, Greenland, Italy, Japan, Cuba). Liaised with global tech teams as lead technical engineer to adjust and align infrastructure accordingly. -
