IntellectRX, built for Morris Dickson pharmaceuticals, is a business intelligence platform for small to medium sized pharmacies. We uncover earnings hidden in daily transactions between the vendors and pharmacies and in transactions between pharmacies and their customers. Shifts in drug item pricing, sometimes volatile ones, can means losses of scale related to the size of the pharmacy business. The system utilized Bluetooth, video, simple UX, touchscreen monitors, instant notifications, thresholds and aggregated data from in home units into a single database that medical caregivers and family could view and respond to.

Developed an ASP.Net Extranet/Intranet using Visual Studio 2008. Utilizing Membership and Profile objects. Using SQLTableProfileProvider, Ajax and SQL Server 2005. Rebuilt the Ivan Smith website.

Upgraded 15 SQL Server 2000 databases to SQL Server 2005. Migrated 30+ DTS packages to SQL Server Integration Services. Rebuilt maintenance plans, security and optimization and integrity checks. Ensured business continuity for department personnel.

Developed scorecard application to be used for providing feedback regarding the performance of automobile dealerships that were used by the company for purchasing employee vehicles.

Project involved converting health care provider web forms and applications to support a new mandated National Provider Identifier. Converted business requirements into technical designs, wrote test plans and directed the rework of all web applications to accept the provider identifier. Utilized AJAX to verify NPI format against a web service prior to form submission. 100% travel working four ten hour days per week.

Performed a comprehensive review of internal applications. Designed and developed a web based application using SQL Server 2005 and ASP.NET 2.0 with C#. Application replaced a home grown mixture of various low level technologies including access, excel, email and paper documents. Solution consisted of a combination of custom built applications, document management systems and third party portals which allows the highly collaborative workflow items to move between queues where employees can perform tasks. Houston based start-up that was acquired by HomeStore.com. Developed business requirements and application specifications for HomeWrite's web-based B2B homeowner's manual aimed at the homebuilding industry. The manual utilized a private labeling engine to brand the site to the vendors needs. This allowed it to be seamlessly incorporated into other home-oriented sites. Developed functionality that offered targeted content to homeowners based on data known about the user. Information such as location, items in the home, climate and home lifecycle are used to determine what type of information would most be interesting to the homeowner.HomeWrite was acquired by California based Realtor.com in August 2001.• Developed web-based applications for N-tier projects at HomeWrite/Homestore.com. • Developed business requirements and application specifications for HomeWrite's web-based B2B homeowner's manual.• Developed functionality that offered targeted content to homeowners based on data known about the user. • Created detailed functional specifications and managed project timelines, milestones, and resources.

Created an online catalog for highly discounted closeout merchandise. The site functioned as originally designed and was profitable for 12 years after completion. • Technologies used include ASP, JavaScript and ADO which connect to an access database. • Encapsulated merchant and e-commerce capabilities for accepting credit cards. • Researched and specified technical requirements and solutions for this project. • Hired additional support programmers and product support personnel once project was released.

Began waiting tables at Ryan’s in Lafayette, La while in college, eventually became an employee trainer travelling with the corporate training team helping to open new restaurants. Became a manager in Baton Rouge in 1991. Worked up from 4th manager to GM in 3 years and was the youngest General Manager in the 300 store company at the age of 24. Responsible for 60 employees and 5 managers, reported to an area supervisor.
