Lead new product development efforts for innovative new products that solve consumer problems and/or deliver solutions to unmet needs. Primary activities and methods: - Utilize design thinking to deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)- Conduct internal qualitative and quantitative research- Forecast, track, and analyze in-market innovation product performance - Consumer empathy sessions to understand consumer needs and motivations- Concept storytelling- Agile innovation through concept testing, rapid iteration, and prototyping- Extensive cross-functional interaction with R&D, Brand Marketing, Sales, Operations, etc. to bring initial concepts to final products ready for national launches.
