Current Role:Senior Architect for Cisco's US Service Provider Solutions Architecture Team. Creating and leading the architectures for Service Provider customers in the Americas with particular focus on Cisco's Business Critical Services, Analytics, Data Science, SP Routing, and 5G topologies. • Performed the technical evaluation for the Cisco ONS 15454 starting with software release 4.6.2. Worked with internal customers and Cisco in order to resolve technical problems so that the technology could be implemented in our network with minimal problems. Once the technology was approved, worked as the single point of contact for any technical concerns.• Developed a technical test plan for evaluating SONET equipment using technical standards. (i.e., Telcordia GR-253 for optical equipment, GR-499 for DS1 and DS3 equipment, and IEEE 802.3 and Metro Ethernet Forum for Ethernet equipment)
