I led a small global user experience team for the Oracle Application Labs, a hotbed for cloud/app innovation in the CRM, ERP and HCM space. In short, startup-like cycles, we rapidly design and deliver solutions for our internal 140,000+ work force before bringing it to our customers.

Freelance UX consultant offering services in information architecture, usability, interaction design, user research, process modeling and related user experience disciplines. I did the conceptual design for the Ovi Music Store and "Comes With Music" handsets. And then Apple came along with their iPhone.

I missed e-Commerce and switched Monster Worldwide in Prague to work as a senior UX consultant. In this role I was responsible for the user experience redesign of the eCommerce (employers) experience for the European Monster sites, which was a very complex project managing different regions, localizations and above all the regional stakeholders.

I moved from consultancy to product and became a user experience architect for DB2 Software (B2B) in IBM Software Labs Böblingen. Most notable achievement is the redesign of the user interface of DB2 Performance Expert, a complex database performance measurement tool. While doing so, I filed a patent together with IBM Research.

Started as a traineeship ending up as user experience consultant for mostly external customers. Information architecture, user research, interaction design, running workshops, inspiring customers and ruffling feathers. Focus areas were: eCommerce, human resource management and financial applications.
