Responsibilities: # Training, Scheduling and Supervising the Technical Support and Installation Teams.# Dealing with Irate or difficult customers escalated to the manager.# Developing new training documents and support tools (I have designed Quick Start Guides and troubleshooting flow charts, for the company as well as redesigned and improved the customer service agreement contract)# Dealing with larger network issues (Generally those affecting an entire sector on the network).# Liaising with the Installations manager, Network Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager and Managing Director regarding all aspects of the company. # Looking after the internal operations such as the Internal Network, PC's, Printers, and maintaining and configuring the phone system. (Samsung Office Serv 7200)# Monitoring Calls, call statistics and setting targets for the team.# Dealing with complaints both from customers and providers such as Copyright Infringement Complaints.# Providing solutions for non-standard installs that might require a cherry picker or stayed structure for example.# Creating detailed Reports on a weekly or daily basis for the company.# Assisting in the design and implementation of a VOIP system for ICE Broadband customers.During my time with ICE Broadband i also worked in the following positions# Installations CoordinatorAs well as supervising new Technical Support staff I had the responsibility of scheduling and supervising installers in the field.
