About Rob Grom
I was recently asked, "Can you share with me your WHY?" I wrote from my heart and laid it all out there. It's time to share it more publicly because it is who I am and it is important if we're going to have a relationship together that you know it. ___________________________________________________________________As a son of two teachers, I have grown up observing their enthusiasm to help others learn and discover their top talents. I have seen them focus on students' weaknesses to improve them. I later went to middle school and high school with students of my Dad's and they would always ask me if I was Mr. Grom's son. When I confirmed this, they would share a story about how he helped them despite not being their favorite teacher. He wasn't their favorite teach because of the expectations he held them to. I do not have the patience for teaching larger groups of other people's children or I would have naturally followed my parent's footsteps and become a teacher. I do have the patience and knowledge to help others learn the pitfalls of the flooring industry to avoid making decisions that will unfavorably result in replacing their flooring prematurely, being dissatisfied with how hard it is to clean or even get a poor installation that constantly needs repair or even being replaced a second time. I have the heart of an educator. It's what I have known my whole life.
