I was promoted to a Finance Director where I led my team to close on $1.63B in commercial real estate loan investments. In addition to my commercial real estate expertise, I had an opportunity to co-found and lead SmashPack, a fast-growing startup CPG brand. I had no experience in the industry, but I knew I could learn quickly with my business acumen, growth mindset, and relentless persistence to succeed.
