• Record breaking season - Wins over Big Sky Champ Idaho as well as the #22 ranked doubles team in the country from SMU and a win over the #38 ranked singles player in the country from UC Davis to get our first ITA.
• Austin Mayo was selected to the 2016 All Big Sky Conference team
• Recruited quality student athletes on a tight $16,000 total athletic scholarship budget
• Created a family environment amongst the team by sharing pre match meals at my home and renting houses on the road so we could share in the experience of being a team
• Implemented staff meetings with academics, sports performance and sports medicine to get everyone on the same page
• Designed individualized training program for each student-athlete based on game style and body type

• Led the team during coach Claire Pollard’s leave of absence during Feb-Mar 2015 during which the team defeated #21 ranked Purdue and #34 ranked Indiana University
• Recruited in Europe, Latin America and the United States throughout the yearDefeated Saint Mary’s of California in first round of NCAA Tournament before losing to UCLA the eventual NCAA Champion
• We signed an Israeli player who will contribute immediately in fall 2015 and be amongst the top players in the Big Ten Conference
• Contributed to a community fundraiser that raised $50,000 for men's and women's tennis programs.
• Worked with NU Head Coach Claire Pollard to raise $100,000 for Playsight, a video technology program, to be implemented in the Combe Tennis Center indoor courts
• We designed a developmental plan for Erin Larner who went from #40 on Tennisrecruiting.net to Big Ten Freshman of the Year, All Big Ten and Midwest Region Rookie of the Year

• Responsible for meeting with academic advisor each week and monitoring grades including two ITA Scholar-Athletes Award winners

• Worked closely with sports medicine and sports performance to establish training programs for student-athletes

Implemented the development of a high performance junior program as well as the planning and periodization of a team of high performance junior players in all aspects of their training including on court tennis training, physical development, emotional/mental conditioning as well as tactical development at local and national tournaments.
